I have to say that the Roy Parade is the best Parade ever and its not because I live in Roy, I grew up in Layton and until I went to a Roy parade I didn't realize how lame the Layton parade really is. I love how Roy comes together as a community and everything you can imagine is in the parade and it makes me feel.....PATRIOTIC.
We got there late so there was no where to sit, I looked across the street and there was a small spot, so we ran across and sat by these really nice people whose Daughter helped Lex collect candy.
Thats all we did for Roy Days, didn't go to the fireworks or anything. Its way too hot, I'm good with 80 degree weather, but this 95-100 and over is for the BIRDS!!!
