Thanksgiving and other stuff!

Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving this year was spent at my house, I was a nervous wreck all last week preparing everything from cleaning house to organizing who was bringing what. Lets just say that its not a fun thing for someone who is pregnant and sick to have to worry about, I think it just made it 10 times worse.
But, the day came and it couldn't have been more perfect...FAMILY and FOOD!! We of course also watched the DALLAS COWBOYS stomp the Seahawks. I love the Cowboys, they have been my team for as long as I can remember and now my boys are turning into Cowboys fans and since Bob doesn't really watch football its okay for them to like the team I like until they say otherwise.
I didn't take any pictures from Thanksgiving, kind of not like me, but I didn't....OOPS!!!
BLACK Friday
Yes, I was crazy! I got up at 3am, met my two friends at my house and we headed out with all the other crazies. The only place I really wanted things was at Target and they didn't open until 6am, but we headed to Starbucks, got us some coffee and a treat and then made our way to Walmart to see how crazy it was there. Well my guess was as good as good could get, people were yelling, cussing, screaming, jumping and basically shoving their carts. So we walked in and walked out, it was that fun!!! By this time, it was 5:20 and so we decided to head to Target, we got there and waited in line, which really wasn't that bad and then headed in. We hit the electronics first, got a camera, a couple of portable dvd players and some PSP's. Then headed to the clothes to get pants for the boys, then to the household items where they had these vaccums for hard wood floors for $10.00, they are regular $39.99, so this was a great deal and I love it. After the Target caos we headed to the mall, they had good deals everywhere, especially Childrens Place. After the mall, we went to breakfast at Cracker Barrell, we were all hungary and exhausted, but we had a blast and I am glad I went. Later that day, I came home from grocery shopping and it was 4:30pm, the whole day had caught up with me, so I got my pajamas on and I was in bed and asleep by 5:30 and I didn't wake up until 8 the next morning.
Baby stuff
So I go to the doctor on Thursday the 4th of December, I am more than ready to be done with this morning sickness. Its weird, because smells are getting to me really bad and if I see something nasty on TV, yeah you can forget everything, I am running to the bathroom 10 secs later. I hate this, I know it will all be worth it in the end, but I seriously have NO energy whatsoever to do anything. My laundry pile is huge and I have committed myself to do laundry ALL DAY today. I will be 12 weeks on Tuesday, which means I will be headed into my 2nd trimester and the morning sickness should go away. YAY!!!
Also, Bob and I have been talking about names, we have two completely different opinions on names, but thats okay, I told him that as long as we have agreed on something by the time we find out what we are having, I will be fine. Is it weird that I have to have my name before they are born? I hate just calling them Baby Girl or Baby Boy, I like to get use to the name and to let the kids get use to the name. So the names we have chosen for a girl are....Alexia, Ava, Makiah (Mikya) or Liberty. Bob is stuck on Liberty, I like Alexia the best and then Makiah. For boys we have...Peyson, Peyton and Braxton. Bob doesn't like any of them, but can't think of a boys name. So if you have any name suggestions for boys, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know.
Hope everyone is having a great Holiday season! Sorry for no pictures!!

Golden Birthday!!

Wow! Its hard to believe that tomorrow I am turning 25 on the 25th. I look back over the years and I have really accomplished a lot. So I am going to list things that I am thankful for being that its Thanksgiving, its a perfect time.

1. My adorable boys, I have to say that having a child beats anything in the world and I would love to do it over and over and over again, but this will be my last.

2. My Husband, we have been through a lot, had ups and downs, but we have made it and I am proud to say that. There isn't anyone else I would want standing by my side right now and he has supported me all the way.

3. My Parents, my Mom is the strongest person I know, she is my HERO. She has faught a 12 year battle with MS and has done so good, I look up to her more than she will ever know. My Dad and I use to not be close, but he is one of best friends now, he helps me when I need it and I can always count on him.

4. My Sisters, they have been my support all along the way, there isn't anything I wouldn't do for those two and I hope they both know it.

5. My Grandma (Nanny), she watches my kids everyday, she puts up with their attitudes, she helps get them potty trained (Yes, Jaxon is potty trained already), she feeds them, plays with them, teaches them and loves them like I do. If it wasn't for her, I don't know what would happen, I can't imagine.

6. A good job: yes things are really hard at Citi right now and I just found out 3 weeks ago that I am getting laid off, I don't know anything other than that place, I have been there since I graduated and have accomplished so much there and gotten so far.

7. My Friends, I have learned over the last year who my really good friends are, I have watched one of my friends go through the toughest times in her life, but I stood by her side the whole way and I know she would do the same. I have made new friends and caught up with old friends.

8. Gas prices, I know this might sound lame, but I hated the gas station two months ago, I wouldn't go there, it was depressing and I would have rather ran out of gas than go there....Sad, but I am so thankful that the prices have dropped and allowed me the opportunity to buy a good Christmas for my boys.

9. This pregnancy, not that I am not thankful for my two previous, but I fought hard for this one and I really thought that my two boys were going to have to be it. Well I thought wrong and I couldn't feel more blessed. Even though I feel really sick and just want that to go away.

10. Internet, without internet, I wouldn't be able to keep up with all my friends from High School that I lost contact with over the years. Its so nice to be able to see what is going on and how everyone is doing. I love it!!

11. The weekends, there is nothing more that I looked forward to more than the weekend, I love being able to hang out with the boys and just relax (if I can).

12. Good Health, this is really important to me, especially watching my Mom battle her disease, not that she did anything wrong to get the disease, but I don't know that I am as strong as her. She doesn't complain about anything and I am the biggest baby.

13. All the soldiers at war, this is another really important thing, without them, I wouldn't be able to celebrate Christmas the way we do, I wouldn't feel safe. I think about all those Men and Women over there that don't get to celebrate with their family and wonder how they do it, but they just do. Some never come home, some never get to see their children born, some never get to meet their children at all and some spend all their time over there. I thank all of them so much for everything they do everyday.

Christmas Cards and Family Pictures

For anyone who wants a Christmas card from my family and me, please send your address to me at sclemme@gmail.com. I have many friends from high school and I would love to send you guys a Christmas card as well as receive one myself.

Today we went and took family pictures for our Christmas cards, of course I look like a hippo, but I think they turned out cute. My Sister and brother in-law took ours and I took theirs. This is the syracuse pond.

Lots going on...

I love my letter "C", my lovely Mom got it for me when the candle shop was closing and going to direct sales, I finally found a special place for it and I think it fits perfect.
Sunday, we decorated our tree, I normally wait until after Thanksgiving, but I am doing Thanksgiving at my house and wanted it all up and decorated. It turned out good, this is our first Christmas in this house, we moved in Christmas Eve last year and did Christmas at my parents house. I am really excited!!

Ashton totally got the concept this year of putting the ornaments on the tree, except he had to mess with them and check them out before he did it and all of his ended up on one branch on the tree....it was hilarious! I love my boys so much, they make me smile.
My Mom bought these fun things at the Christmas Show on Saturday and the boys totally fell in love with them. They are the boys new favorite toys, they play on them everyday at Grandma's.

Last Friday we went to a birthday party at Chuckie Cheese's, we lost Ashton for a while, but don't worry, we found him after I almost had a nervous breakdown. The boys totally loved and are asking when we are going back.
And last, but certainly not least, this pregnancy is kicking my butt, I keep telling myself that it will totally be worth it in the end and that it will make up for all the times I have ran to the toilet or sick....but WOW, I am so tired of having no energy and feeling like I have the flu 24/7. Also, I find out the first week in January what I am having, I am so anxious and excited that I can hardly wait....YAY!!!! So other than the sickness, all is going well, my tummy is growing very fast this time, I am really shocked.

What a blessing!

I wanted to do a special post for this little guy who has touched my life in more ways than I could ever explain. Tyler is such an inspiration to me, he makes me smile when I am around him and has truly made me a better person. Tyler is completely deaf and blind, he has been through so much in his life. The doctors didn't predict he would live pass 3, but today on the 10th of November, he is celebrating his 10th birthday. WOW!!! I am so happy for him and his family. Tyler's Mom is like a sister to me, she has known me since I was 2 years old. I have seen everything she has been through with Tyler from the tears to the smiles for being able to have Tyler around this long. Tyler celebrated his make-a-wish in 2004, I am so grateful for such a wonderful foundation that brings so many smiles to childrens faces throughout this country. I am also so thankful that Tyler's family has gotten to enjoy these very blessed years with Tyler and hope and pray that there are many more.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TYLER!!! We love you and are so glad your part of our lives.

Catch up and some very exciting news.....

Pumpkin Walk

Last Saturday we went to the Pumpkin Walk in Syracuse, I hadn't heard about it until my Mom read it in the paper. We got there at a perfect time, because when we left the line was so long. Ashton loved it, but Jaxon's mind was elsewhere. We saw thousands of different pumpkins carved into different things from skulls to bugs to universities to cartoons characters to peoples faces to just your regular pumpkin. It was totally worth the hour wait to get in.

Silly Boys
My boys have been acting hilarious lately, Ash is talking more and more everyday... He constantly says to me..."be nice Mama, me baby!" I love it, he is so funny! These pictures are from last sunday at my parents house, Ash is feeding Jaxon, he said "Jax, Ash feed you!" I love when they bond like this, it makses me SMILE!!
AND last but certainly not the least....I am PREGNANT. YAY!!! I am about 9-10 weeks along, I will find out for sure on Thursday, but I couldn't keep the secret in any longer. When I told Jax he was going to be a big brother again, he said..."Mom, I really don't want another baby brother, but I will take a baby sister....PLEASE Mom, Please, can I have a sister." He doesn't quite understand that I have no control over that and that I will be happy either way, but would love a little girl too.

Aaaarrrrgggghhhhh....PIRATES!!!!

I am probably a little biast, but I have to say that my boys were so freaking cute last night. We had a costume crisis the day before when Ash didn't fit into his costume that we got, but don't worry, it all worked out and we had a blast. We went treat-or-treating early, we started at 5:45, went to a little bit of houses around my neighborhood and then headed over to my sister Miranda's house because their neighbor was passing out tmobile cell phones that used to be displays to the little kiddies. The boys totally forgot about the candy, the CELL PHONE is the coolest thing on earth. I am actually kind of glad they haven't asked for any candy, because then it would be non-stop.
