Roy Parade and Birthday Party

Yesterday was quite an eventful day, we started out the day going to the Roy parade which was probably the best parade I have been to all year long. The thing lasted over an hour and we got a bag FULL of candy....just what we need...NOT!!! Both of my boys have learned that when the flag comes by you have to put your hand over your heart. Ash was so cute he kept telling everyone "Hand Heart". Makes me smile!!!

After the parade we made our way to Jase's Birthday party where he had Indiana Jones theme. Jase had a HUGE water slide that Jaxon loved so much. He also had a clown come, a pinata and PIZZA. The boys had a blast and I am glad Jase had fun too. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASE!!!!

I think the TERRIBLE TWOS have hit Ash...

He has had the worse attitude lately, he goes from this sweet little angel to his horns sticking out in 0.2 seconds and I am not kidding. He gets mad over things now too, like for instance we get a "stupid" McDonalds toy and the things breaks over and over, well he gets mad and throws it at me. I don't remember Jax being this bad, but maybe thats because he wasn't, he had his moments and is definately making up for it now.

I swear Ash is completely different then Jax is, Ash can entertain himself in his room or outside all a lone for hours. Jax on the other hand has to have someone in his room and outside with him. He cannot handle being a lone...WEIRD!!!

I hope the "terrible twos" don't stay around too long, I want my sweet baby back:(

Little Daddy

I use to think it was weird when I would see boys play with baby dolls or anything like that, but since being a Mom I totally understand how cute it could be. Ashton has an obsession with babies, right now its his favorite, everyone smaller than him is a baby and being that he is so big, most of the time they are older than him. For the last couple of months he has been carrying around my bunny that has a baby face on it, he will tell me where the babies nose is and ears and eyes and everything. It is the cutest thing ever and I finally got some pictures. I love watching my boys grow up, there is nothing more touching than the love of a child...

The things that make kids happy...

Bob and I have made a promised to each other and kids to do more with them everyday (instead of being on the computer, SIERRA). So today Jaxon wanted to play with his "Road Map" and Bob was all for it. I love watching the two of them play together, it is the best thing ever. So Jaxon brings down the map and some cars and they are set to play. Jaxon has such an imagination, I love listening to him talk. He tells his Dad "Make sure you stop at the stop signs and the red lights, green means you can go and I forgot what yellow means." I could listen to him talk all day, he asks his Dad which car he wants to buy and says he needs real money, the kid is hilarious.

Life as it is...

Now for some good stuff, this morning the boys and I went to the Sunset parade and we got a TON of candy, probably a little too much.

I Love Love Love Bear Lake...

We decided a couple of weeks ago to take a day and drive up there and swim, so we did. We left at 8am this morning and got home at 5pm, yes we are all exhausted and sun burned (well I am, the kids got sunscreen).
