Week 1

After eating a salad for lunch everyday, a healthy breakfast and a normal dinner and working out 3 times this week, I am happy to announce that I lost 6lbs. I am very proud of myself. I cannot wait to lose 44 more. And by the way, I couldn't feel my legs today, I worked out so hard yesterday that I am still feeling it.

You should be proud of yourself, and yes I would love to do lunch someday with you and Teri. We should plan in for a Friday afternoon I never have much going on so whenever you are open let me know, that would be great!

SIX LBS!!! Holy crap girl, those are the numbers I'm looking for! I've got the workouts down - not its those darn calories I've got to work on... If only food didn't taste so good and I didn't love it so much! Way to go, very proud - keep up the good work!
