Things have just been so crazy since moving back home. Its amazing how you think that things will just automatically fall back into place, but its just not that easy. We've had some heartbreak with moving back which I hope I can go into more detail later.
I love my new job. Its keeping me busy and I love being busy.
We love our new church and the people that have welcomed us with open arms. I have also re-gained some friendships that were lost over the years. That has been nice too.
God works in mysterious ways, but everything seems to always fall into place just when it needs to.
Sometimes its hard to live in the moment of everyday struggles, but if you keep faith a live, it makes it easier and bearable. I haven't give up. I know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I know things will all work out just how they are meant to.

Lexi Update
WHEW! This girl wears me out. Somedays I wonder how we make it through each day. Then I have to count to 10 and tell myself "SHE IS ONLY FOUR!" This to shall pass. But then I don't want it to go away. She is so full of life its unbelievable.
She is loving every single second of being back, although she still believes we are just on "VACATION". Its so confusing and hard for her to understand. She'll get it eventually. She has so many memories that she made with her Great Grandparents and she talks about them constantly, I love it!

Ashton Update
Ashton is excited to be back and seems to have fallen right into place.
He is reading more and more and trying to stay on top of things.
Ashton has enjoyed being with his Grandma again. And showing me all the things he did over the summer.

Jaxon Update
We have a lot going on with Jaxon right now. I haven't really said a whole lot because its been a struggle lately. But since being home things have gotten somewhat better. He is adjusting better than he did to being in Texas. We have our moments but they are getting to be less and less.
Jaxon has been playing with his friend that he played with all summer that lives behind my parents and that seems to be good for him.
Jaxon recently got glasses and although I didn't think he needed them, I was proven wrong. He looks super cute in them and I'm glad he is happy with them.

Heading home
We woke up bright and early on November 1st to make our way home. We stopped about an hour into our drive at IHOP for a big breakfast to tie us over for our LONG day.
It was a bittersweet feeling. Leaving a place that made me grow up so much in 11 short months to go home to what I know and miss. The entire first day I felt like I was in a dream. Is this really happening? Is God really this amazing that everything has just fallen into place? So many emotions, so many things to look back on and say "I MADE IT!" or "WE DID IT!" It was hard, but I would never trade the experience, the time or the gratitude that came a long with it. We've learned a lot.
Our drive to Oklahoma was short and easy. We decided to take the all highway way home and it was nice. Very few spots where we had to go less than 75 MPH.
There is something magical about watching the sun rise, its beautiful and breath taking. This was at one our stops in Oklahoma.
We made our way through Oklahoma City at about 8am in the morning during rush hour. We headed toward Kansas around 10am and stopped in Salina around noon for lunch and a coffee break. The wind was horrible in Kansas and it was hard to steer and drive straight.
I got a headache probably because of lack of fluids and wind combination.
We stopped in Burlington, Colorado around 4pm where we called it a night and relaxed. It was good to relax for a few hours to be able to tackle the next day with no problems.
The surprise party they threw me on my last day....amazing and bittersweet. I learned so much about myself and who I am.
God is amazing and without him nothing would be possible. I owe it all to him!!

The kids went swimming while I took a nap to sleep off my headache so that I would feel better and I did.
All snuggled in bed.
Lexi always chooses to sleep in the most awkward spots in the house and this is where she slept in our hotel on Friday night.
We got up early on Saturday morning and headed into the Denver area. We made amazing time and arrived in Cheyenne Wyoming around 10am.
Before long we were seeing mountains and around 3pm we arrived in Utah, the most glorious feeling in the world.
Watching my kids see their grandparents again was the most amazing feeling. Lexi has grown up a lot since they last seen her. She has struggled the most with being away. Since being back, she has quickly fallen back into routine and done very well.
I left some of the most amazing people behind in Texas.
My Grandparents who are the most amazing people in the world. They saved me so many times over the last year. Without them this wouldn't have even worked. There are no words to describe how much they mean to me.
My co-workers at Citi, it was hard to say good-bye, I know I'll probably not see a lot of them ever again and that breaks me to shreds. The amount of love they showed me over the last 11 months was astounding. They have been my rock and they held me together when I wanted to give up.

Halloween 2013
Our Halloween was a bit crazy, it was moving truck day, moving out of the house day and everything was just crazy. I feel bad for my kids. The last year have been wild.
Our First Halloween in Texas and our last day. Things were definitely different and I'm so glad that we don't have to experience another holiday in Texas.
